Spencer Wallace
Managing Director
Spencer is the founder and Managing Director of Glooloop, overseeing each project from beginning to end. Spencer completed High School and University in the United Kingdom, before migrating to Australia. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts (Leisure & Recreation Management), which he obtained with Honours, as well as a Certificate III in Structural Landscaping. Spencer has worked in the rubber and synthetic grass industry for over 25 years, commencing as an installer and working his way up to National Operations Manager before starting Glooloop. With experience in the United Kingdom in a civil engineering company specialising in resin-bound aggregate surfacing, combined with his experience in Australia, Spencer is one of the most qualified people in the industry.

Julie Collins
Finance Director
Julie oversees the financial side of the business and has been with Glooloop since it commenced in 2010.
Julie has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Commercial Law and Accounting, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Julie worked in corporate tax at KPMG in Australia and the UK for 12 years before joining Glooloop, progressing to Senior Manager level.
Julie’s experience covers all areas of Corporate Tax and Business Management. Julie has seen Glooloop grow from a small start-up, to the business it is today.

Rebecca Schilg
Operations Manager
Over the past five years at Glooloop, Rebecca has become a valued member of the team, combining her background as a lawyer with a practical, solutions-focused approach to business operations. As Operations Manager, she undertakes a wide range of responsibilities, including scheduling, logistics, and administration. Her legal experience has instilled a strong sense of organisation and efficiency, which she brings to every aspect of her work, supporting Glooloop’s ongoing commitment to quality project delivery.

Daniel Kay
Estimator
Daniel joins the team with a strong background in project and operations management, having led large-scale projects across the residential, construction and services industries. With experience in quoting, procurement, and client coordination, he brings a practical, process-driven approach to his estimating role. Daniel’s diverse professional history and keen eye for detail support his transition into the landscape construction sector, where he is quickly building a strong foundation.

Martin
Site Operations Manager
Martin has worked in the construction industry since leaving school, (a long long time ago...). Originally from the United Kingdom, Martin was a self-employed tiler before moving to Australia in 2008 and commencing work in the stone industry. Martin started at Glooloop in 2019 and quickly became a valued team member.
