SPENCER WALLACE - Operations Director
Spencer is the founder and Managing Director of Glooloop, overseeing each project from beginning to end. Spencer completed High School and University in the United Kingdom, before migrating to Australia. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts (Leisure & Recreation Management), which he obtained with Honours, as well as a Certificate III in Structural Landscaping. Spencer has worked in the rubber and synthetic grass industry for 20 years, commencing as an installer and working his way up to National Operations Manager before starting Glooloop. With experience in the United Kingdom in a civil engineering company specialising in resin-bound aggregate surfacing, combined with his experience in Australia, Spencer is one of the most qualified people in the industry. 
JULIE COLLINS - Finance Director
Julie oversees the financial side of the business and has been with Glooloop since it commenced in 2010. Julie has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Commercial Law and Accounting, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Julie worked in corporate tax at KPMG in Australia and the UK for 12 years before joining Glooloop, progressing to Senior Manager level. Julie’s experience covers all areas of Corporate Tax and Business Management. Julie has seen Glooloop grow from a small start-up, to the business it is today
KATRINA ANDREW- Client Relations
With a multi-faceted background in Customer Service, Administration, Management, Project/Event Management, Marketing, Design and Sales, Katrina is perfect to see your project from quote to completion. Katrina commenced mid 2018 overseeing the Administration, WH&S and Warehouse Management and quickly moved into the Client Relations role as she furthered her knowledge of the industry and gained experience in all aspects of Glooloop operations.
CHRISTINA JAMMAL - Office Manager
Christina joined the Glooloop team in 2019, taking over the Office Administration and WH&S. Christina has an extensive background in Business Management and has transitioned seamlessly into the Glooloop family.
SITE SUPERVISORS
SCOTT FERGUSON
Scott has been with Glooloop since 2015, commencing as an experienced installer and progressing to a site supervisor. Upon completing his HSC, Scott undertook a Certificate III in Business Administration. Always looking to further his knowledge and expertise, Scott is currently completing his Certificate III in Landscape Construction. A valued member of the Glooloop Team, Scott is constantly working to ensure projects run smoothly and are finished to a high standard.
JOE KOLODYNSKI
Joe is the veteran of the Glooloop team. Having worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, Joe has over 10 years hands on experience in the rubber and synthetic grass surfacing industry. Joe has been with Glooloop since 2013 and is a valued team member. Joe has a lot of patience and high attention to detail.
SERGIO ORTEGA
Sergio studied Photography and Calligraphy abroad after completing his HSC and has 20 years experience in the Hospitality Industry. Prior to Glooloop, Sergio worked on the installation and restoration of timber flooring. Sergio has been with Glooloop since mid-2018. Utilising his skills of creativity, attention to detail and personnel management, Sergio quickly excelled in all aspects of product installation and has progressed to Site Supervisor.
MARTIN McALEESE
Martin has worked in the construction industry since leaving school, (a long long time ago...). Originally from the United Kingdom, Martin was a self-employed tiler before moving to Australia in 2008 and commencing work in the stone industry. Martin started at Glooloop in 2019 and quickly became a valued team member.
